۞主要研究经历:
先后毕业于安徽师范大学化学系(本科,19941998)、中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所(有机化学硕士,物理化学博士,19982004)。博士毕业以来先后在中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所羰基合成与选择氧化国家重点实验室(副研究员、主任助理)、法国国家科研中心(博士后)、新加坡国立大学(博士后研究员)、日本东京大学(JSPS特别研究员)、杭州师范大学有机硅化学及材料技术教育部重点实验室从事科研工作,2009年破格晋升为研究员。
2005年以来先后主持了4项国家自然科学基金项目,及中国科学院院长奖启动项目、省自然科学基金等10余项省部级以上项目的研究工作。多年来一直从事有机合成反应、均相催化及不对称催化的研究工作,先后在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Eur. J.等学术期刊发表100余篇SCI学术论文并被引用2000余次(见引用简况: ISI web of Science检索数据或者个人http://www.researcherid.com/rid/C-9903-2011H因子指数25;绝大部分为通讯作者或第一作者,如第一作者35篇,被他人引用966次,单篇最高引用199次;通讯作者54篇,被他人引用603次,单篇最高引用133次;ESI-Top 1%高被引论文6篇),大部分研究工作被Methods in Organic Synthesis, Synfact及专业学术书籍大篇幅收录(如《Top. Curr. Chem.》丛书2010年第291卷第453454页)或Highlight。为十余种学术期刊特约评审人,如Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Org. Chem./Org. Lett., Adv. Synth. Catal., J. Comb. Chem., Eur. J. Org. Chem.等。2009年以来受邀为Current Organic Chemistry等四种学术期刊的客座编辑或编委并应Wiley出版社催化领域著名丛书《Encyclopedia of Catalysis》等2本专业学术书籍邀请撰稿3章。先后获中国科学院院长奖(2004),甘肃省自然科学二等奖(20075/5),Tetrahedron Letters 2005-2008 “Top-50 most cited articles” award20082/3,通讯联系人)JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship,以及浙江省高等学校优秀科研成果二、三等奖各一项(排名第一, 20102011年),杭州市政府特殊津贴获得者等荣誉或奖励,多年来为国家自然科学基金委有机化学、物理化学学科项目评议人、省级自然科学基金项目评议人、高等学校博士点基金及美国化学会石油基金会(ACS-PRF)项目评议人等。
